It was late at night around 9 so I called a few plumbers and this company was the only one to return my call. They showed up within the hour at no additional cost and said that I needed to do some rodding. They cleared the obstruction, which was most likely tree roots. We can now use our bathroom again! Quick and speedy service, great group of guys, very easy to deal with over the phone and in person."
